No account, no card, and nothing to sign up for. Describe the workflow that’s eating your week and we’ll tell you which rung it belongs on — including when the honest answer is none of them. Scope and price are agreed in writing before anything is charged, and once you’re a client you get a portal with a message thread and somewhere to attach documents.
