Monitoring is mostly nothing happening. The value is in the one thing that changed being surfaced without anyone having to go looking for it.

The engagement

Intro call, then a Blueprint

Twenty minutes, free, on the work that is repetitive, rule-shaped and currently done by a person. Not everything qualifies — the point of the call is to find out what does, and to say so plainly if the answer is not much. If something does, the Blueprint writes it down.

  • The intro call is free and there is no deck.
  • The Blueprint is $750: one workflow specified in writing in five business days, including the drafted system prompt.
  • Credited in full toward a build, and if there is no good build here that is the outcome and you keep the document.

Build

A focused engagement built inside your environment, on your accounts, against your real data. Not a demo, and not a tenant on someone else’s platform. Scope is agreed and fixed before anything is written.

  • Built in your own cloud and your own Claude account.
  • You get the source, the prompts, the configuration and the runbook.
  • It keeps running if you and Physis never speak again.

Partnership

Optional. A standing monthly arrangement to extend and tune the system as the business changes — new edge cases, new integrations, new judgment calls worth encoding.

  • Month to month. Cancel and you keep everything already built.
  • Not a licence, not a subscription to keep the lights on.

What you own

Cut for your structure, and it stays there.

The system is built into the tools you already run, on accounts you already control. At the end of a build you hold the source, the configuration and the documentation. There is no Physis platform in the middle of it, and nothing stops working if you walk away.

Automate a judgment call that should stay with a person.
Take an engagement where the honest answer is that a spreadsheet is enough.
