Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PhysisAI application and website operated by PhysisAI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PhysisAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PhysisAI is an AI-powered daily planning, coaching, and personal development platform. The service includes:

  • AI-generated daily plans personalized to your focus areas and goals.
  • An AI coach for real-time guidance on focus areas and challenges.
  • Task management with AI prioritization and breakdown capabilities.
  • Evening reflection prompts with AI-generated insights.
  • Personalized learning recommendations.
  • The Lab — AI-generated deliverables based on your tasks (Pro feature).
  • Streak tracking and Physis Score for measuring daily consistency.
  • Optional Google Calendar integration for plan syncing.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

PhysisAI offers a free tier and a Pro subscription tier. The Pro tier provides access to additional features including The Lab, unlimited AI coaching depth, and weekly intelligence reports.

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from the Settings page.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@physislabs.ai for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or inject adversarial prompts into the AI systems.
  • Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
  • Abuse API rate limits or attempt to overload the service.
  • Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

PhysisAI uses artificial intelligence to generate plans, coaching responses, reflections, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific circumstances. You acknowledge that:

  • AI coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.
  • You are responsible for evaluating and acting on AI-generated suggestions at your own discretion.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following AI-generated plans or advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The PhysisAI service, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is the intellectual property of PhysisAI. You retain ownership of any personal content you create within the service (reflections, tasks, custom blocks). We do not claim ownership of your personal data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhysisAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
